What you get to do in this role:

  • As a Leader with the Now Assist and Conversational Platform group, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives that go across different products and significantly affect our platform ecosystem that allows our customers to create innovative, elegant and high performing experiences across multiple devices.

  • Provide guidelines and mentoring application teams on how to implement and design conversational framework.

  • Active participation in Design & implement comprehensive framework solutions by understanding customer problems, product goals and technical requirements

  • Collaborate with design and platform teams to deliver engaging and consistent user experiences

  • Participate in all technical aspects of team deliverables, including quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability

  • Communicate technical decisions (architecture and design) to business and engineering

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Passion for software development, problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring

  • High energy and an aptitude for learning new technologies

  • 17+ years of experience in designing and implementing user experience and web-based application frameworks

  • Experience working closely with senior management and architects in planning and roadmap activities

  • Extensive hands-on experience leading large-scale engineering teams

  • Exceptional command of Java and JavaScript skills

  • Deep knowledge and experience with declarative metadata-driven frameworks for enterprise applications

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Ability to drive GenAI in the team to boost productivity and explore new opportunities

Good to have:

  • Experience in leading chatbot framework, GenAI/LLM projects

  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, LLM, and natural language processing

  • Strong programming skills to review code and guide team members
