Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile app development. Exceptional communication skills, clarity of thought, creative thinking, and execution capabilities are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of ServiceNow is considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:

  2. Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile app in alignment with business goals and user needs.

  3. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

  1. Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:

  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to gather requirements and prioritize feature development based on impact and feasibility.

  3. Translate user needs and business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.

  1. Execution and Delivery:

  2. Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.

  3. Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment to iteratively build, test, and release new app features and updates.

  1. User Experience and Design:

  2. Champion the user experience, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging mobile app interfaces.

  3. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the app's usability and user satisfaction.

  1. Analytics and Optimization:

  2. Define key metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and success of the mobile app.

  3. Analyze user data, behavior patterns, and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and drive data-informed decision-making.

  1. Stakeholder Communication:

  2. Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and project statuses effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  3. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other internal departments to ensure alignment and transparency

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile app development.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile app projects from concept to launch.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.
