What you get to do in this role:

  • Onboard/coach new Product Content colleagues to help ensure their productivity and success in alignment with our goals to retain and grow talent.

  • Be a valuable team player that interacts cross-functionally with stakeholders and subject matter experts, developing and delivering timely, relevant content.

  • Create and develop technical course content at a variety of skills levels and personas in instructor-led sessions, digital (eLearning), and/or videos. Incorporate graphics and iconography for learner engagement.

  • Participate in train-the-trainer knowledge sessions to become a subject-matter expert (SME) in new tools and processes.

  • Update existing content by completing detailed analysis of delta changes.

  • Perform and manage QA and feedback of content.

  • Create certification exam materials, including scenarios and formats for use in evaluating knowledge.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 2-5 years previous technical training/eLearning/instructional design experience.

  • 2-5 years technical writing experience.

  • Experience with DITA strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to effectively lead presentations for large audiences.

  • Experience in Agile or rapid development and quick turnaround of training deliverables.

  • A high performance, growth-mindset attitude that results in flexibility, creativity, and willingness to work independently and contribute to innovation.

  • Incorporates measurement and assessments into all learning content.

  • Constructs quality content for technical training based on industry design standards, processes, and incorporating user and stakeholder feedback.

  • Produces artifacts throughout the design process for each course or certification assessment (examples include scoping training request documentation, project plans, sprints, scripts, and course outlines.)

  • Communicates to stakeholders and team members consistently to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of eLearning technologies such as authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Captivate), design/development tools (e.g., SnagIt, Camtasia,) and AI scripting tools (e.g., WellSaid).

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web conferencing applications
