ServiceNow is seeking a highly quantitative, driven, process & detail oriented and creative Sales Operations Manager with primary (however not exclusive) focus on supporting the Benelux and Nordic Sales organization. This individual will serve as a member of ServiceNow's core Sales Operations team through partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization.

The Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing and finance, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Sales Management in the area with market analysis, planning, forecasting, QBR preparations, headcount, etc.

  • Act as interface with centralized teams coordinating progression of major deals and overall sales process

  • Support Sales Operations and Sales teams with different operational asks – such as:

  • Business Review meetings support

  • Day to day reporting and dashboards support and training

  • CRM related development, testing and implementation in region

  • Partner with the sales channels to provide accurate analysis around product adoption and revenue performance including KPIs, goals, and adoption rates across market segments

  • Customer Base & Prospect Accounts analysis: Analyze current channel, vertical, and sub-vertical performance and identify levers for driving revenue growth

  • Support Sales Planning process in field

  • User enablement: New user training and setup


  • Background in both Sales Operations and Analytics, preferably in an IT company and relevant geography

  • Minimum of 5 years post-collegiate work experience in a quantitative field or equivalent educational experience

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets

  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Intermediate or better CRM and Tableau (or equivalent) skills.
