ServiceNow is seeking a highly quantitative, driven, process & detail oriented and creative Sales Operations Manager with primary (however not exclusive) focus on supporting the Benelux and Nordic Sales organization. This individual will serve as a member of ServiceNow's core Sales Operations team through partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization.
The Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing and finance, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
Supporting Sales Management in the area with market analysis, planning, forecasting, QBR preparations, headcount, etc.
Act as interface with centralized teams coordinating progression of major deals and overall sales process
Support Sales Operations and Sales teams with different operational asks – such as:
Business Review meetings support
Day to day reporting and dashboards support and training
CRM related development, testing and implementation in region
Partner with the sales channels to provide accurate analysis around product adoption and revenue performance including KPIs, goals, and adoption rates across market segments
Customer Base & Prospect Accounts analysis: Analyze current channel, vertical, and sub-vertical performance and identify levers for driving revenue growth
Support Sales Planning process in field
User enablement: New user training and setup
Background in both Sales Operations and Analytics, preferably in an IT company and relevant geography
Minimum of 5 years post-collegiate work experience in a quantitative field or equivalent educational experience
Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment
Advanced Excel skills
Intermediate or better CRM and Tableau (or equivalent) skills.
